    How your data is handled

    Every analytics tool on the market — ChartMogul, Baremetrics, ProfitWell — works the same way: they copy your entire billing history onto their servers, store it indefinitely, and compute metrics from that copy. NoNoiseMetrics works differently.

    Phase 1

    You connect Stripe (read-only)

    • ✓ Read customers, subscriptions, invoices, charges
    • ✗ Cannot create charges or payments
    • ✗ Cannot modify subscriptions
    • ✗ Cannot issue refunds
    • Your key is encrypted with AES-256 before storage
    Phase 2

    We compute your metrics (during your session)

    • When you open your dashboard, we read your Stripe data in real-time
    • MRR, churn, NRR, cohorts computed on the fly
    • This happens only during your active session
    • No data is buffered or cached beyond the session
    Phase 3

    Raw data is wiped (after your session)

    • Session expires = raw Stripe data wiped from our servers
    • We keep only pre-computed aggregate metrics
    • Never individual customer records or payment details
    • If our servers were compromised: no PII to steal

    Your Stripe API key can be revoked instantly from your Stripe Dashboard → Developers → API keys. The moment you revoke it, NoNoiseMetrics loses all access to your Stripe data. No action needed on our end. No cancellation form. No "please contact support."
