Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. No annual commitment, no cancellation fee. Cancel from your dashboard in one click. Your computed metrics are deleted within 30 days. Your Stripe API key can be revoked instantly from your Stripe dashboard.

What happens when my MRR exceeds the plan cap?

We'll notify you and suggest upgrading. We won't cut off your access or silently charge you more. You'll always know what you're paying.

Is there a trial period?

The Free plan is free forever (up to €10K MRR). The Growth plan is available monthly (€79) or yearly (€39/mo). No credit card required to start with Free.

Is my Stripe data secure?

Yes. We use a read-only restricted Stripe API key — we can never modify your Stripe account. Disconnect your account and all synced data is deleted. Hosted on Supabase EU. GDPR compliant.

Can I connect multiple Stripe accounts?

Yes. Free plan: 1 account. Growth plan: up to 5 accounts. All metrics are consolidated in a single dashboard, with the option to filter by account.

Do your numbers match Stripe exactly?

We use the same computation methodology Stripe uses internally for MRR, churn, and other subscription metrics. If you see a discrepancy, contact us — we'll investigate and fix it.

Is there an enterprise or custom plan?

Not currently. NoNoiseMetrics is built for indie hackers and small teams, not enterprise. If you need multi-billing-system support, CRM, or compliance features, we'd recommend ChartMogul — they're great at that.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Data is hosted in the EU (Supabase EU region). We process only the minimum data needed to compute your metrics. Full deletion within 30 days of account cancellation. No data is shared with third parties.
